The chair is very comfortable, with a supportive seat that isn't too firm. The height and backrest adjustments are smooth, offering full back support. I no longer experience back pain from sitting for long periods until the evening, as I used to. It has relieved the fatigue of prolonged sitting.

My first impression was great—the packaging was secure, and the materials look and feel premium. The metal frame gives it real stability, even when reclining. I'm very satisfied with the seat cushion size. It provides enough legroom for shifting positions comfortably.

I've been using this chair for over a year for both work and leisure. It's durable, supportive, and very comfortable. The seat cushion hasn't sagged at all. Everything operates smoothly. I often fall asleep in it while watching movies with a blanket. I highly recommend it.

It's a fantastic chair at a very reasonable price. Assembly was easy—I kept the screws loose until everything aligned, then tightened them fully. The seat feels sturdy and stable, with good support in the hip area. The adjustable neck pillow fits perfectly. The wheels also glide smoothly on carpet.

Though this chair is comfortable, I cannot recommend it as I've had so much trouble with the backrest. About a year in, something in the backrest suddenly snapped, and would not stay in it's usual position, instead skewing the backrest unevenly. So I emailed photos to customer services and they sent me a new backrest. Then it was all good until now, just a month before my warranty ends, and the exact same thing happens with the new backrest. I still had the old backrest, so I cut into it to find the problem - it's the weld that has failed where the metal connecting piece that receives the bolts meets the round metal framework of the chair.
Considering that this has happened twice now, I can only conclude that this chair is not fit for purpose (I am well within the weight range for the chair), so I asked for a refund. I was refused and offered another new backrest and 6 months more warranty, later upgraded to 12 months. But I see no point in this as the same thing will happen again. When you pay close to £300 for a chair, you expect it to last more than 3 years. My last chair from Ikea cost half the price, was guaranteed for 10 years and lasted even longer - it may not have reached the same level of padding, but I'll be going back to Ikea next time.
